About Personal Injury 365 Burbank’s Trial-Ready Personal Injury Attorney
I’m Egishe Avetisian, the attorney behind Personal Injury 365. If you found this page, something has probably already gone wrong a car crash on the I-5, a fall at a Burbank shopping center, a dog bite that won’t stop scarring, a rideshare collision that nobody wants to take responsibility for. You don’t need to read a polished corporate bio right now. You need to know whether the person who answers your call is someone you can actually trust with your case. So this page is straight talk, no marketing fluff.
Who I Am
I went to the USC Gould School of Law, and I’ve been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. I’m a member in good standing of the State Bar of California (you can verify my license directly with the Bar I encourage it).
What’s on paper matters, but it’s not the reason most of my clients hire me. Most of them hire me because when they called the office, I picked up the phone. Not a “case manager.” Not an intake screener reading from a script. Me.
I grew up speaking Armenian and Russian at home, and a lot of my work is for families in Burbank, Glendale, and the surrounding parts of LA where English isn’t always the easiest language to fight an insurance company in. If you’re more comfortable speaking Armenian or Russian, that’s how we’ll talk. You shouldn’t have to translate your own pain.

I built Personal Injury 365 because injured people in Burbank and LA deserve a lawyer who picks up the phone not a billboard firm that funnels them to a case manager. Every client gets me, every time.

What Personal Injury 365 Actually Does
The “365” in the name isn’t a gimmick. It’s the promise: I take injury cases every day of the year, and clients can reach me when something goes wrong — not just during business hours, because car accidents don’t keep business hours.
The cases I handle:
- Car accidents on Glenoaks, Olive, the I-5, and the SR-134
- Truck and 18-wheeler crashes where commercial carriers and their insurers fight dirty
- Uber and Lyft rideshare accidents with their tangled layered insurance policies
- Motorcycle accidents where insurance adjusters assume the rider was reckless
- Bicycle and pedestrian injuries
- Slip and fall cases against negligent property owners
- Dog bite claims under California’s strict liability rule
- Traumatic brain injuries (TBI) where the long-term costs are often underestimated
- Medical malpractice
- Product liability for defective and dangerous products
- Wrongful death representation for grieving families
If your situation isn’t on that list, call anyway. I’d rather tell you in five minutes that your case isn’t a fit than have you sit at home wondering.
Why Choose Personal Injury 365 Law Office?
When you’re choosing a lawyer after an accident, the marketing all starts to sound the same “aggressive representation,” “we fight for you,” “millions recovered.” What actually matters is different. It’s whether the lawyer answers when you call. Whether they’ll take your case seriously even if it’s not worth millions. Whether they understand the language you think in. Here’s what you get when you hire me.
No Fee Unless You Win
You pay nothing upfront. No retainer, no hourly bills. If I don’t recover money for you, you don’t owe me a fee.
Direct Attorney Access
Every client gets my personal line. You call, I answer — not a case manager, not an intake screener.
Trilingual Representation
Full legal service in English, Armenian, and Russian. You shouldn’t have to translate your own pain.
Local Burbank Expertise
My office is on Olive Avenue in Burbank. I handle cases throughout Los Angeles County Burbank, Glendale, North Hollywood, downtown LA and I know the freeways, intersections, and accident patterns of this area because I drive them every day.

Our Story
Why I Do This Work
When people ask me why I became a personal injury lawyer, I don’t give them the polished answer. The polished answer would be something about justice or fairness, and while those words are true, they don’t tell you anything real about what happens when you walk into my office.
Here’s the real answer.
Insurance companies are not evil. They’re businesses, and their business model is to pay less than what your claim is worth. Adjusters get evaluated on how much they save the company. That’s not a secret, ask any insurance defense attorney over a drink and they’ll tell you the same thing. The problem is that most injured people don’t know this. They get a phone call from a nice-sounding adjuster a few days after an accident, the adjuster offers what sounds like a reasonable number, and they sign. Six months later, when the back pain doesn’t go away and the MRI bill arrives, that signature is binding and there’s nothing anyone can do.
I do this work because somebody has to be on the other side of that phone call. Somebody has to know what the case is actually worth, what your medical bills are going to look like in three years, what California law says about your specific situation. Somebody has to push back when the first offer is half of what you should get.
That’s the job. It’s not glamorous. Most days it’s just paperwork, phone calls, and patience. But when a client gets a check that actually covers what they lost that’s the part that matters.
If you need someone on your side of the table, call me.
